This project will require the collection and reduction of large amounts of observations, the determination of complex parameters and then the interpretation in a scientific context. We have split the project into 4 years: the first year will be development of pipelines, data distribution procedures and software; the second will be investigation of first results, highlighting especially interesting cases for followup, the third will be to complete the parallax, proper motion, magnitude and spectra databases and the fourth year will be interpretation. In the table we have split the work into various work packages starts from 11/2011 when the IPERCOOL program started.
